Two ÌÇÐĶÌÊÓƵapp (CvSU) faculty members successfully completed the 2024 Leadership Development Program for Higher Education Institutions (LDP-HEIs) in Southeast Asia.
Dr. Bettina Joyce P. Ilagan, Dean of the Graduate School and Open Learning College, and Dr. Rhodora S. Crizaldo, Associate Professor V, completed the hybrid training program co-organized by the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and The HEAD Foundation.
Dr. Ilagan and Dr. Crizaldo attended the face-to-face sessions in Bangkok, Thailand last May 7-9 for the pitching and refinement of their Re-Entry Action Plan. They joined other delegates from 23 participating HEIs in Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Running from March to July 2024, the said program is designed to provide Southeast Asian HEI leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively lead thriving and resilient universities in the region. (by M. Lascano and X.M. Cruz)
