In line with their goal of developing their own gender-responsive curriculum program, the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI) personnel held a virtual benchmarking activity on the best practices and experiences of the Gender and Development Resource Center (GADRC) on 23 May 2022.
As a four-time recipient of the Most Outstanding State University award in GAD Implementation in CALABARZON, the best practices of GADRC are already encapsulated in an avio-visual presentation, which was presented by Ms. Raecel A. Estebat, In-Charge of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. The AVP also showcased GADRC鈥檚 services which include mainstreaming of gender and development in instruction, research, and extension by conducting capability building activities like trainings, seminars, workshops, and orientations among others. The videos on the establishment of the CvSU MOVE KATROPA and CvSU Bookshare Corner were also presented.
The virtual visitors from DLSMHSI namely Ms. Honey Rodriguez and Ms. Clarence Witty Mendoza were also welcomed by GADRC Director Dr. Susan G. Tan, along with Ms. Raecel A. Estebat, and Data Banking and Publication In-Charge Ms. Maria Czarina P. Sioco. (MCPSioco)
